This is why people come to me for guidance on many matters, including relationships, spirituality, and business.
I never expected to give business advice in my life, but it has turned into one of my biggest services by demand. People who want to run their businesses or organizations with anti-patriarchy, anti-imperialist, and anti-racist values don’t want to be the problem so they come to me for help.

When I say I can help you, I’m speaking from experience. With my writing, media, presentations, and community organizing, I’ve helped community members with problems just like these — and more — for over 20 years.
I’ve helped youth, elders, parents, people of all genders, people of all sexualities, people of all races.
I learned many things over those years.
I learned how to address and understand hypocrisy in liberation movements.
I learned how to address social problems in both global north and global south communities.
I learned how to address conflicts between and within marginalized identities.
I learned how to address privilege and the ignorance that comes with it.
Am I still learning? Absolutely. Everyone should always keep learning. And over 20 years experience getting to the root causes of people’s problems is a powerful thing.
This is some of what I’ve learned from my decades of experience:
The biggest issue everyone is always worried about is Reputational Damage.
They’re concerned about what their community thinks of them so they don’t act when they should act, they don’t speak when they should speak, they don’t change when they should change, because doing any of those things means risking their reputation.
Risking their reputation means losing social capital, losing close personal relationships, losing revenue, losing status, losing social, physical, and financial safety.
So they ignore their own conscience to protect their reputation.
Ignoring conscience has health risks, relationship risks, monetary risks, status risks. People take those risks because such risks seem less immediate or less punishing than the risk of reputational damage.
Here’s the rub: Ultimately, they will still be called out because they ignored their conscience. It’s the worst kind of reputation damage because it’s valid. It’s not slander or false accusation. It’s real hypocrisy.
So if you follow your conscience, you risk your reputation.
If you don’t follow your conscience, you still risk your reputation.
The question is, would you rather follow your conscience and take the reputational hit early while building a future on firm moral foundation, OR would you rather enjoy the benefits of lying to yourself and others and take the hit later when you might lose everything you’ve built?
The later hit to your reputation will likely happen, because the truth finds a way to come out.
Most people choose to lie to themselves and others and risk losing everything they’ve built when they inevitably get called out later.
If you know that’s you, and you have no intention of changing, leave this page now, because I can’t help you no matter what your problem is. Hypocrisy cannot be fixed.

What I just told you is brutal facts, because you can’t run your life or your business with pretty lies. You need the truth. That is what I’m known for. It’s my reputation, regardless of how anyone personally feels about me. They might hate me, or love me, but they know deep down that I’m not a liar.
It’s my reputation because I built it on firm moral foundation regardless of what anyone thought of me. I took that risk.
So you see, I will never ask you to take risks I myself have not taken.
I will always guide you from my deep personal experience of many years.
It is not possible to exist in this world without taking some kind of risk. You can’t start a business without a financial risk. You can’t connect to others without emotional risk. You can’t operate socially without relational risk.
I will never sell you a fake world in which risk does not exist.
I will, however, help you envision a real world in which certain risks are worthwhile. I will also help you see the risks you’ve been taking this whole time without understanding the depths of danger.
Therefore, my guidance will include what risks you might take for your betterment, what risks you’re already taking unknowingly, and how to mitigate all your risks as much as possible.

Operating an organization without understand how patriarchy and colonization show up in organizations - HUGE RISK THAT CAN BE MITIGATED.
